Buy line and sell line. Play this until a week before next fed meet up. Rates will be cut. If first cut is big I dump if not I hold and sell just before next cut.
$TLT Iron Butterfly Opportunity

I think implied volatility and price will remain stable over the next few weeks as we await the Fed's decision on rates at the July meeting. Personally, I think that rates remain unchanged, but the market thinks a cut will be announced. Google "countdown to FOMC CME" and you'll see what I mean. Even if the Fed DOES cut rates, that is being implied by the market, i.e., IV will still drop in bonds and price may not change all that much. Because of this and prior mentioned factors, I think an Iron Butterfly is a good opportunity. It's also low risk, so does it really matter if it doesn't work? ;)

What do you think? I see inverted H&S playing out to target area of 134 with a bearish divergence in RSI. If FED cuts in July that will begin the steepening of the yield curve in my opinion. Ex-member (Syx) I'll tag you in the other chart to see how steepening yld curve could effect $spy
$tlt How I see it playing out $spy ?

I think we make a higher high in price a lower high in RSI. Will be interesting to see how stocks react to that scenario.

TLT closed at the high right on the 618. I am expecting a pause here which would be positive for the markets.
